What are condo hotels?
Condo hotels are wholly owned condominiums
that are centrally managed by a management company who markets
the units and facilities as a hotel. Typically a condo hotel will
have many if not all of the amenities of a 4 or 5 star resort
such as concierge service, room service, resort amenities etc.
and several of these condotels are "flagged" by such
big names as Marriott, Hilton, and Sheraton.
Who buys condo hotels?
Condo hotels fit the bill for several different
consumers. Many investors like that the property is centrally
